Everyone Is Ranting Over The New Low Gi Diet

A well known nutritionist and fitness guru from London has reveals a system that will literally turbo-charge your metabolism and burn off body fat quickly. Doctors have really been amazed by this method.

The Low Gi Diet focuses on foods that are 'slow-release' in your body. What this means is that when you eat any food, your body digests that food either quickly or slowly depending on the Glycemic index of that food.

Quick 'release foods' are actually our bodies worst enemy as they are digested quickly by your stomach and your body isn't able to burn off the calories from that food - and this causes unwanted fat deposits to stick to you.

Thus, the Low Gi Diet consists mainly of 'slow release foods' which allow our bodies time to burn off the calories ingested. I began a Low GI diet to help with my hypoglycemic episodes. When I am diligent in following the Food Index I find that a slow but steady weight loss definately occurs. It also helped me to retrain myself in better eating habits and food choices.
